Flirty and feminine, ’ARABELLA’ is sweet in a soft blush shade. A modern twist on a classic style this elegant fuller bust cut and sew bra is crafted from soft paper fabric overlaid in pretty polka dot embroidery. Decorative strap detailing and a grosgrain bow beautifully finish the piece. The bra is complimented by matching ‘mini’ brief – a new shape for Ultimo.  Completing the collection is a soft-touch camisole and ‘shortie’, both trimmed with polka dot embroidery.

We recommend all our products are handwashed only, gently dried and not exposed to extreme heat or sharp objects. Wash similar colours together.

*Next day orders placed before 3pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the following day. Please note that Next day service orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday to arrive Tuesday. 

**Please note Ireland, Northern Ireland, Belfast, the Highlands and Islands are excluded from next day service and will be sent on a 48 hour day service**

The responsibility for providing an accurate detailed address for delivery rests with the customer and we will not accept responsibility for loss if the product is not delivered to the customer by reason of the customer providing insufficient or inaccurate details.

DELIVERY DESTINATIONS

Standard delivery is available for all locations. Express shipping is available via FedEx to most worldwide destinations. In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver to your chosen address, we will contact you to arrange an alternative shipping method.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Track & Trace information is available for Express and International orders but not for Standard deliveries. Call our Customers Service Department on 0345 130 3232 for help tracking your order. Please note, no claims for lost items can be made prior to 15 working days from the date of sending. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to potential strikes or other disruptions that Royal Mail, Customs or postal services abroad might encounter.

RETURNS

Christmas extended returns policy: Orders placed from 28th November 2017 can be returned up until 28th January 2018.

Please ensure that items are returned unworn with their original tags/labels/stickers and your returns form (on the invoice) to ensure that we can speedily handle your refund.

We aim to process all refunds within 10 working days of our receipt of the goods but please be aware that at peak periods (Valentines, Sale, Christmas) there may be a delay. Unfortunately, we cannot refund postage charges though we frequently run free postage promotions.

If you wish to return an item bought in a 3 for 2 promotion, all 3 items will need to be returned for this to be processed.

Please note when returning faulty items, the maximum postage we will cover to return a faulty item is £4.45. This is for a tracked/signed for service via Royal Mail which is what we use to send all our orders out. We do not cover postage for items sent back via Special Delivery/Saturday Delivery etc.

I just personally didn't like the high bit in the middle and didn't realise the top part was going to be see thru and show off your nipple
