UK Delivery:

1st Class delivery £3.95 3-5 working days by Royal Mail Packet Post.

Next day delivery £6.50 Royal Mail Special delivery (Order before 1pm).

Rest of World:

International delivery £20.00 3-5 Working Days by FedEx.

In the interest of security all parcels will have to be signed for. In the event that you or a member of your household are not available, a card will be left for you to arrange collection at your local Post Office.

Please note that Express or Next Day orders placed after 1pm on Friday or over the weekend will not be dispatched until the following Monday. Orders placed after 1pm on Thursday on a next day service are not guaranteed for a Saturday delivery so you may not receive the parcel until the following Monday.

Please note that Next Day delivery is not guaranteed to certain remote parts of the UK. Please call our Customer Helpline on 0845 130 3232 for further information before placing your order.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours subject to credit clearance and availability of stock. Your parcel will be delivered by Royal Mail, at normal Royal Mail delivery times.

If the address that you state as your billing address online does not match the address your card is registered to there may be a delay in the dispatch of your parcel. We cannot be held responsible for any delay and will not refund postage charges.

You will find a note of your tracking order on your email invoice. This number can be used to track the progress of your package with Royal Mail.
